4. Insight of the Week by KPMG 💡
💡 Delloite recently published a report on the State of Generative AI in the Enterprise for Quarter 3. that reveals, More than 40% of organizations report challenges in quantifying and communicating the impact of their generative AI projects.
This lack of clear metrics hinders businesses from demonstrating the tangible benefits of their AI projects, which can affect buy-in from stakeholders and continued funding.
For SaaS companies, this uncertainty can lead to unoptimized budgets, project delays, and a lack of alignment between AI initiatives and strategic goals.
How to Address It:
Define KPIs from the Start: Identify specific, measurable outcomes AI is expected to improve, such as lead conversion rates or customer support response times.
Data Analytics: Tools like Tableau or Power BI can help track AI-driven KPIs in real time.
Iterate on Metrics: As AI capabilities evolve, continuously refine ROI metrics to capture new areas of impact, like efficiency gains or enhanced customer satisfaction.
End Result? Clear, actionable ROI metrics make it easier to secure buy-in, justify investments, and scale AI effectively across the organization.
5. Growth Idea of the Week: Build Customer-Centric AI Features🔥
As more companies integrate AI into their products, it’s essential to focus on customer-centric AI features that solve real pain points. Research shows that 76% of customers expect AI to improve their experiences, but only when it’s tailored to their needs.
How to Approach It:
Start with Customer Data: Identify common issues or requests from your customer support and feedback channels. This can reveal high-impact areas where AI can make a difference, like personalized recommendations or faster support response times.
Iterate Based on Feedback: Implement features in phases and gather continuous feedback. Real-time adjustments based on actual user interaction will ensure that your AI aligns with customer expectations.
Educate and Empower: Explain to customers how to use AI-driven features effectively. When users understand the “why” and “how” of a feature, they’re more likely to adopt and value it.
That’s all for this week!
We hope you find these insights valuable and actionable as you continue your journey. As always, Liberate Labs is here to help you accelerate growth and scale smarter.
